Use the Acne-Statin Kit for up to 90 days and if you are not satisfied, return the empty bottles and the money for your initial order will be refunded (less S&H).

If you wish to return the product please follow the procedures below within 120 days from the date of your purchase:

1. OBTAIN A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA#)

1. Mail in a written request to the address noted in step 3.

2. AFTER YOU RECEIVE AN RA#:

1. Return all the bottles from the initial purchase of the Acne-Statin Brand Kit(s) to the address noted in step 3.
2. Enclose inside the package the RA#, your name, address, zip code and current telephone number as they appear on the shipping label.
3. Document the reason for returning the Acne-Statin Brand Kit(s) and the length of use.
4. Retain a copy of the shipping receipt of your returned product to us. Acne-Statin is not responsible for any packages lost during transit to us.
5. Any correspondence, packages or articles returned to us becomes the property of Acne-Statin and cannot be returned.

3. RETURN THE PRODUCT TO:

Please allow 4-6 weeks for processing from the time we receive the product. If you paid by check, your refund will be made by check. If you paid by credit card, we will credit your charge card. This sometimes takes two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

This Guarantee Policy is limited to the purchase of the INITIAL ORDER of Acne-Statin Brand Kit(s) only, it does not apply to any reorders. Any questions regarding this policy must be made in writing to the address noted in step 3.
